Why be trained in a classroom, when you can be trained, and practice your new skills in a formal country house so you can begin to 'feel' and see how things could be when you find employment.
Personally, I have seen just how highly the reputation of both Rick Fink and his school are considered.
At an interview, as soon as the Principals knew I'd been trained by Rick, they didn't ask for any references, they didn't question my training, simply knowing that I had been trained by him was enough to be offered the position.
