Susan Toye

I had the privilege of attending Rick Fink’s Butler Valet School in 2012. Even though I arrived with a lot of experience under my belt, I learned so much more from his consummate professionalism. 

Mr. Fink brought me back to a yesteryear where dedication to service and pride in a "job well done" were the pillars of our trade. 

The course developed all facets of a professional butler's tasks in our modern world. I learned techniques and demeanors that stay with me today. 

His sunny humour and hands on techniques were great. 

When I left the school I took with me a sense of pride and confidence that I did not have upon arriving at his door and for this I give him many thanks. A gentleman in Oxfordshire who to this day remains my mentor.
